This is a small estate, with vineyard holdings at just a bit over 20 acres. And the focus is very much on quality, whether in the more modest appellations of Hautes Cotes de Beaune or in the domaine's incredible Premier Crus. This 2007 is bright and focused, with prominent cherry notes, this is delightful, forward and a pleasure.
