Just released, this young Chardonnay surprises with its high-toned aromas of pears, smoke, and yellow plums. A firm, citrus acidity streaks through, finishing soft and clean, with lingering notes of marzipan.
At Domaine d'Ardhuy, the work in the vineyards is focised in the respects of terroir. Therefore every act on a vineyard is well thought out to determine the specific needs of the particular vineyard. Soil upkeep is managed essentially by superfical ploughing during spring and summer.
