Light straw in color, this Riesling offers floral aromas of honeysuckle and peach blossom. Flavors of peaches, tropical fruit and freshly squeezed lime juice with zippy natural acidity and a slight spritz from retained carbon dioxide make the aromas jump out of the glass.
Columbia Winery's unique style of Riesling was the result of a happy accident. Years ago one of the small fermentors stopped working and left the wine at 6 percent sugar.
