Made with 77% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Franc, 9% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep garnet in color, red fruit aromas with a mouth of concentrated liquorice attack, balanced with fine tannins and roasted coffee.
Traditional vinification in cement tanks and stainless steel temperature—short and regular pumping. Macerated for 3 weeks. Matured is vats and oak barrels. Pairs well with red meats, game, lamb and cheeses.
