Terrases Rose is a wine with both exotic fruit and berry notes, harmoniously combining richness and freshness. Brilliant and clear rose with a rose-petal color. Aromas of fresh red berries. The palate develops with lots of fresh, persistent notes of currant and raspberry. Nice balance and a delightful aperitif. Serve fresh as an accompaniment to fishes, grilled meats and grilled or raw vegetables, charcuterie, soft white cheese, spicy dishes, or fresh fruit-based desserts and sherbet.

50% Cinsault, 40% Grenache, 10% Syrah. Located at the southern foot of the Ventoux mountain, Chateau Pesquie is an independent estate gathering three generations around the winemakers Alexandre & Frederic Chaudiere. Terrasses comes from the Latin terras, meaning "lump of earth." The Ventoux region is characterized by alternating hills and valleys. To make the most of this exceptional terroir, winegrowers and other farmers had to accomplish the colossal feat of building "terraces" into the steep hillsides, choosing especially well-protected, sunny locations. Even today, the Provence countryside boasts centuries-old olive trees planted on terraces called restanques or rebanques. The Chaudiere family chose this name as a homage to the Provence countryside terraces, as well as the terraces of Chateau Pesquie, that their ancestors sculpted.
