A delightful blend of grape varieties found in the South of France, Syrah, Grenache, and Cinsault. The complimentary features of these grapes work particularly well in a rose wine. Cotes do Provence is the largest appellation of the Provence wine region and produces the majority of the region’s rose wine.
Chateau Maime is located in the heart of Provence vineyard, in the foothills of the Massif des Maures, where the wild beauty of the chestnut forests that is shared with orderly vineyards. The soil is exposed on the northern slopes, in a region where summer heat is intense, face the breath of the Mistral which cleanses the vines and diseases away. The property is rich in archaeological remains and religious souvenirs.
