43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc. Bottled by UG Bordeaux, a group founded in 2007 by the Cave de Sauveterre de Guyenne (called Cave de Sauveterre-Blasimon since 2010) and Vignerons de Saint Pey-Genissac. To the east of Bordeaux, the vines are rolling on the hills of Entre-Deux-Mers. UG's vine growers have been established in this region for many generations.
