Some blackberries and pepper hints to the nose with a nice toast from the oak of aging, give a very attractive tasting. The mouth is well balanced, soft and complex, with vanilla, liquorice and eucalyptus hints. Ready to drink.
Blend: 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc. Terroir: Chalk and clay. Vinification: From 3 to 4 weeks maceration. Aging: 12 months in concrete tanks with 30% of wood.
