50% Merlot, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon. At a recent tasting, I found it a very close mark to the Chateau de France, Oaky, Tannic, and full bodied, this is an excellent Bordeaux in a moderate price range.
Best decanted for two to three hours before serving to bring out the full bodied Graves character. Goes great with Duck, and all red meats. A little young, but ready to drink or put aside for years to come. This wine will age beautifully. As this is a younger Graves, longer breating time of 2 to 3 hours makes this a great "drink now" Bordeaux.
