Produced by Chateau de la Pascalette, which was built in 1889 by Victor Roux and is one of the most remarkable buildings of La Londe-Les-Maures. In the beginning of the 20th century, the chateau was surrounded by orange and lemon groves, with acres of endless vineyards. Its cellars were equipped with old tanks and barrels, a testimony to its past. Abandoned after World War II, the chateau stayed lifeless for about 50 years until its acquisition in 2001. As part of the plan for restoring the chateau and its traditions, the vineyard was restored and new construction of the park and holiday apartments was completed. Today, Chateau de la Pascalette welcomes its guests all year long in five upscale holiday apartments and proposes AOC wines and olive oil of exceptional quality. Their Castel des Maures vineyard is located at Hyeres in the French Riviera, on the slopes of the Vallee de Sauvebonne, along the edge of the Foret des Maures. The vineyard spans over 14 acres, with each varietal grown separated by rows of olive trees. Cuvee Jeanne is a very elegant and feminine wine with a clear, limpid robe.

50% Grenache, 50% Cinsault. Salmon-pink color. Fruity, long in the mouth, and delicate at the end. Red fruit taste dominates the sensation. A perfect acompaniment to fish, salads, or grilled meats.
