Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Reserve
The Brut Reserve Champagne truly encapsulates the Nicolas Feuillatte style, and represents the first stage of the Nicolas Feuillatte journey of discovery. A gold or black background, evoke night and day, reflecting the different time zones. And for collectors, the design also features on bottle tops. Pale yellow with silvertinges, brilliant and crystal clear revealing a persistent ribbon of delicate bubbles. Initially restrained nose, fresh white-fruit aromas of apple pear and peach intermingle with curry and turmeric spices. As the bouquet becomes more expressive, ripe-fruit notes jostle for position. Clean on the attack, elegant, and complex, a delicate bead imparts freshness on the finish. Pair with smoked salmon crostini, pan-fried king prawns with coriander, pigeon tagine and quince (served with bulgar wheat), or rhubarb tarte tatin.
