Tomoe Gozen, the most feared female samurai in Japanese history, was just as as ruthless as she was beautiful. Her weapon of choice was a long curved blade called a naginata, and a short dagger called a kaiken.

The harvest for the Langhe Nebbiolo DOC Schiavenza is carried out manually between the second half of September and the first of October. The winemaking and aging process includes fermentation and maceration in 30/50 quintal concrete tanks for 15-20 days, maintaining a variable temperature between 30° and 33°C.
Barkan Reserve Chardonnay is from the Barkan Winery, the second largest in Israel. It was founded in 1990, and its head winemaker is Ed Salzberg. The winery moved to Kibbutz Hulda near Rehovot in 2000.
