TIME : SPACE Mastery integrates everything we have learned on our 200 years long journey directly into the whisky-making process, emphasising the importance of community in crafting a product of this calibre.
This 2023-release continues the collaboration between Bowmore’s master blender Ron Welsh and Aston Martin’s chief creative officer, Marek Reichman. Matured in a combination of American oak and ex-oloroso sherry casks for 22 years, this whisky offers aromas of heather, honey, cherry, lychee, tobacco leaves and aniseed on the nose.
The Heart Release celebrates the team that distils our whisky, our people who sit at the heart of Maker's, guiding and setting the tone for so much of what we do. Fruit forward, with caramel, maple, and chocolate notes, this expression features a rich, creamy mouthfeel that is a pure delight.
[yellow tail] Chardonnay has a distinctive nose that leaps from the glass and displays a lovely tropical-fruit aroma. The wine is silky smooth and easy to drink, with rich tropical-fruit flavors and a rich, crisp, creamy, and refreshing finish.
On the nose: Hints of small crisp red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant and wild strawberry) slowly open up to aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry, and blueberry). The complexity is intensely sensual (musk, rose) and spicy (pink pepper and nutmeg).

Coming from a special vineyard site, our Sonoma Coast Chardonnay show great depth of flavor, length of finish, aromatic complexity, and a fine balance between richness and delicacy.
