Clear with a faint gun metal cast. Floral and spicy grilled pineapple and dried apple-like agave aromas have a waxy edge. A smooth entry leads to a dry-yet-fruity medium-bodied palate with dried harvest fruit and tropical fruit, grilled pepper, and wet stone flavors.
Hand-harvested on September 19th, the Mourvèdre grapes were foot-tread and fermented 100% whole cluster with native yeast, basket pressed, then aged in five neutral oak barrels for ten months, then bottled July 12th 2018.
Aromas of fresh violets and roses, ripe cherries, plums, clove, and a touch of bacon fat leap out of the glass and definitely raise eyebrows. On the palate, it’s sleek, silky, and complete.
This wine is from the riddle ranch above occidental a cool coastal village strongly influenced by the pacific ocean. Reduced on the nose it offers brightly woven raspberry and strawberry flavors rounded by sizable firm tannins and a midpalate girth that finds relief in rose petal and zesty allspice notes on the finish.

Flint and pastry crust aromatics that showcase long aging on the yeast give way to delicate ripe cherry flavors. The bubbles are soft on entry and respect the character and structure of this 76.8% Pinot Noir, 23.2% Chardonnay blend.

Monte Degli Angeli Barolo 2019 is a dry, velvety red wine with subtle yellowish-orange hints, a result of its ageing process. Aged for three years in large oak foudres and six months in bottle, it presents a surprisingly approachable and friendly style, with delicate notes of rose petal, orange peel, black cherry, and balsam.
