The more limited cuvee, the 2007 Gigondas Terrasses des Dentelles, exhibits super precision, a terrific minerality that comes through the lavish amounts of black raspberry, blueberry, and spring flower characteristics, superb ripeness, a saturated ruby/purple color, full-bodied power, and admirable elegance, purity, and acidity.

Aromas and flavors of pickled carrots, dill, Kentucky bourbon, and toasted coconut with a satiny, crisp, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a smooth, intriguing, medium-length finish with nuances of pumpkin spice latte, cumin, clay, and sassafras. An oak-forward Reposado that offers bourbon accents resting on an agave center.
Grapes used to create this Chianti DOCG are sourced from Tuscany, in the center of Italy and fully express the winemaking tradition of this land. This is a young and well-balanced wine, floral and fruity, with good persistence in the mouth.
This rare single cask Aberlour malt was distilled in 1999 and aged for 21 years, before being bottled in 2020 at 51.2%. First-fill American oak barrel #3856 was selected by La Maison du Whisky for Poland. The small and intimate Aberlour distillery was founded in 1879 by James Fleming, who previously worked at the Dailuaine distillery. He chose the convenient location where the Lour stream flows into the River Spey.
Domaine Jacques Prieur Volnay 1er Cru Clos de Santenots is a 3-acre, walled parcel of the greater Santenots vineyard well situated on the center slope with a due eastern exposure on the southern boundary of the Volnay appellation.
