It is made from grapes of the variety of Khikhvi. It is produced in the traditional way: after harvesting, grapes undergo destemming and crushing process, and then undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine is well combined with white meat, with Georgian cheese, seafood, salads, poultry meat and vegetables.

Produced from Kisi grapes grown in our estate owned vineyards in village Tsinadali of Kakhet region. Fermentation is driven by natural yeast. Aged in oak barrels. This golden color wine with aromas of spices, quince and ripe fruits is full-body, with soft tannins and a long harmonious ending.
Following the tradition of the Tokaj wine region, the partially botrytized grapes and picked in early November. Following an extended maceration period and fermentation in stainless steel, this Szamorodni ages in barrels deep in the cellar before being bottled. While it may be enjoyed as an aperitif, it also has the ability to age well.
Grapey perfume on the nose, with citrus, blossom, orange jelly and apricot. Ripe and textured on the palate, with more quince jam, mango, apricot juice and a pinch of white spices, balanced by polished acidity and a touch of tannin. Mildiani white dry wine is made from Tsolikouri grapes in Imereti and is traditionally fermented in kvevri. The drink has a light straw color and a typical Tsolikouri varietal aroma with elements of white fruits and wildflowers, and the taste is high-spirited, cheerful, full-bodied and balanced. It goes very well with salads, fish and seafood. The recommended temperature for serving is 6-8 °C.
