Dry red wine. The grapes were harvested from the oldest of the winery's plots. Aged for about 22 months in French oak barrels, most of them new. Characterized by an extremely high acidity level, allowing the wine to continue to age for years. The wine has an 'old world' substance, and is suitable for heavy meat meals.
This special dessert wine is made from Gewürztraminer grapes, using ancient Madeira-style technology based on late harvest of fully ripe grapes, most of which are shriveled. The wine is aged in outdoor oak barrels for a year.

This special blend is named after one hundred founders of the Mea Shearim neighborhood of Jerusalem. The grapes were harvested by hand from old vineyards, underwent long fermentations, and aged for 26 months in high-quality French oak barrels.
