Made from selected Merlot grapes, harvested by hand at dawn from special areas of Shabo «terroir», where the highest quality viticulture practices are applied to obtain great quality grape. After double-sorting of grapes, fermentation takes place in oak tanks «Taransaud» (France) with temperature control.
Using a recipe over 600 years old, the herbs and aromatics are sourced from nearby farms and gardens. Chili pepper leads followed by honey, light cloves, and cinnamon.

The brandy spirit is produced from Aligote, Rkatsiteli, and other white grape varieties. The brandy is made by blending the best-quality brandy spirits of various periods of aging: from 5 to 10 years.

Using soft winter wheat and filtered water from proprietary artesian wells, this award-winning spirit then goes through an 11 stage filtration process to bring you a light, smooth, and crisp vodka.
