First fill XO rum casks are used to finish this whiskey and give it the sweetness of stone fruits. It’s a tribute to the role Irish emigrants played in the development of rum plantations in the Caribbean in the 17th century, but it speaks loud and clear to us today with a bold, fruit-forward style.
Quality aged whiskey comparable to the very best of the Highlands, but triple distilled and finished in four casks. It boasts a rich, balanced and vibrant flavor enjoyable to single malt enthusiasts. This whisky was recently scored 92/100 in the 2020 Ultimate Spirits Challenge
