Binyamina Reserve Merlot is crafted from premium Merlot grapes, originally from Bordeaux. The grapes come from two nearby regions. One is the Upper Galilee, mainly Kerem Ben Zimra, with basaltic and terra rossa soil over hard limestone, providing excellent root aeration.
The Cave "Old Vines" represents the Cave winery's masterpiece. This fine wine was made from quality Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on mature vines that were planted in the early 1980's in Kerem Ben Zimra in the upper Galilee region of Israel.
