This Muscat kosher wine develops tenderly in the warm days and cool evenings of the Judean Mountains with an oceanic breeze coming straight from the Israeli beach front plain. After cold and long aging, the outcome is a sweet white wine that is new, fresh and fruity.

This straw unadulterated Muscat yellow wine opens with a magnificently fragrant flower like bouquet with notes of apricot and orange blossom. On the palate, this sweet wine is full-bodied, rich, concentrated, and has flavors of ripe pears, pineapples, tropical fruits, and apricot. The finish on this red wine is invigorating and lingers pleasantly. This is a heavenly perplexing wine with layers of pear, citrus, honeysuckle, and a dash of toasty oak.
