This medium-bodied wine is pale yellow in color with tropical fruit aromas and refreshing citrus-fruit aromas. This is a versatile wine that pairs well with salads, seafood, light rice and pasta dishes, white meats, or is delicious on its own as an aperitif. Serve at 50–54 degrees F.

Built in 2002, Bodegas Maximo is a winery that produces modern, international-style varietal wines. Its varietal wines are an alternative to the traditional wines produced under a Designation of Origin. These "under $10" wines have fruit-forward, easy-to-drink flavors fit for a younger wine drinker willing to explore and learn about wine. Their wines are designated Vino de La Tierra de Castilla and are produced using fruit from vineyards in La Mancha.
