Castello di Neive Moscato d'Asti 2010
Nebbiolo | Italy
Castello di Neive and its 150 acre estate is owned and operated by the Stupino brothers and sisters. The company was started by their father, Giacomo, who created the wine in his own home. In 1964, the family purchased a castle and its surrounding land in order to expand their vineyards and increase production. The castle is still in use today, and the once vacant land is now the home of many different grape varieties.
This sweet wine boasts intense notes of peach and sage, complemented by hints of apricot and honey. A classic dessert wine, it is recommended for enjoyment with dry pastries or hazelnut cake.
