Intense garnet red color. The nose feels a great intensity of black mature fruit (blackberry and prunes) together with Mediterranean herbs (thyme and rosemary), minerals, toasted notes, fine cedar wood, spices (clove and cinnamon) and cocoa Taste: The mouth is juicy and well structured, with good presence of dried black fruit. Good and well-integrated tannin.

The Casa de la Ermita winery, surrounded by their vineyards, is situated at more then 2,297 feet above sea level, where flora and fauna live in harmony live in a unique environment. It has a fleet of 4,200 barrels of 225 liters each, three pneumatic presses, cooling equipment, bottling machine for 5,000 barrels per hour, and a storage capacity of 2,500 kiloliters. The grapes enter the cellar at a height of 26 feet with the vinification process being carried out via gravity. The elaboration process takes between 10 and 15 days with temperature control, thus achieving complex and flavorful wines with a good aptitude for aging.
