Fine Valpolicella red blend (Corvina 40%, Molinara 45% Rondinella & others 15% DOC: Valpolicella Superiore) made by highly regarded winemaker Tommaso Bussola.
He used the ripasso technique, where grapes are fermented over last year's Amarone skins to impart cherry, raisins and chocolatey characters. Great fruit sourced from naturally low yielding vineyards.
