Sed de Tramoya is a self-styled, single-variety verdejo. Complex on the nose with a predominance of fruit combined with crisp notes of herbs and light hints of vanilla. In the mouth, it is long, oily, powerful, and full of fruit, making it an inviting, enjoyable wine that is easy to drink.
100% Verdejo. Bodegas Don Diego is is a project set up by three brothers with the intention of offering an exquisite selection of products in addition to the acutal grapes, based on the essenc of their work—the vineyards. Tramoya is the Spanish word for the traditional implement which many years ago was drawn by animals in order to cultivate the vineyards and is deeply rooted in their local culture. Tramoya is the result of the careful selection of a piece of land the brothers have affectionately named the 'Tramoya plots,' based on a commitment to providing maximum protection for the type and characteristics of each vine.
