This Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon shows complex aromas of cassis, blackberry, pencil shavings, and sage. The mid-palate is medium bodied with flavors of spicy cranberry, and pistachios finishing with balanced delicate tannins and refreshing acidity. Enjoy it with grilled New York steak, or sharp cheese.
