In making this cabernet sauvignon from rigorously selected and vinified grapes from the best parcels of the Chilean vineyard, Baron Philippe de Rothschild's winemakers have sought to express an exceptional range of red-fruit aromas and flavors, mingled with touches of spice. Served at a temperature of 60–80 degrees F, the wine will go perfectly with white meat or cheese.
