Audacia Wines Coeur de Rouge 2002

In 1930, a romance created a new red wine boutique winery. Kosie Louw, eldest son of one of Stellenbosch's well known farms, wished to marry and was unwilling to wait for his father's blessing. He gave up his inheritance and bought a small piece of land in order to start his own farm. Kosie's friends described the venture as nothing less than audacious. So he promptly named his farm "Audacia" and set about proving that audacity pays off. The current owners who purchased the farm in 1997 from Kosie Louw's son have ensured the continuation of the audacious spirit in wine making.
