Argiolas Perdera 2005
Made from 90% Monica, 5% Carignano (Carignan), and 5% Bovale Sardo (Graciano) grapes
Intense ruby red in color which is typical of Monica. Persistent nose of ripened fruit. On the palate the wine is round with firm tannins and a sweetish aftertaste of the varietal. Very vibrant and rustic. Recommended with roasted meats, particularly pork.
