An ideal companion for shellfi sh, lobster or crab. Equally at home as an aperitif or with food, the Camas Sauvignon works well with all types of fi sh, salads or Oriental and Asian cuisine.
Individual parcels of Sauvignon Blanc are cultivated in a strict environmentally friendly manner, with minimal use of chemical sprays and complete vineyard traceability. Grapes pass directly in to the press. Temperature controlled fermentation followed by chilled settling to naturally clarify the wine. Pronounced citrus fruit nose. On the palate, a powerful expression of lemon and lime fruit, with richness and a long mineral finish.
