70% Chardonnay, 30% Parellada. Anna de Cordorniu is a pure, lively sparkling wine. Celebrating the life of the heiress to Spain's original winemaking dynasty (Cordorniu), it is produced authentically, a la Methode Traditionelle, using only their finest, estate-grown fruit.

Pale straw-yellow color, clean and brilliant. Fine bubbles with continuous beads and a persistent mousse. Features delicate aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, and pineapple followed by bright flavors of peach, apple, and lime. Soft palate, well balanced, and refreshing. The freshness and delicacy of the Brut make it an ideal apertif. It also goes well with shellfish and white fish. Suitable accompaniment for sushi and sashimi or lightly spiced carpaccio.
