Aharonoff Heritage Rebi 2014
Complex, full bodied and rich wine with impressive color reveals aromas of violets, spices, and cassis fruit. Ripe fruit with soft tannins and long finish. The wine did not go through clarification and filtration process. Additional aging in the bottle under proper storing conditions will enable the wine to continue development. Heritage Series presents the winery’s flagship wine named after the family’s ancestors. High quality and inspiring blends. The first wine in the series, called Rebi after the second generation Rebi, is a classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, hand harvested at night in optimal ripeness conditions from our Upper Galilee vineyards. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
