Rich, develop smells of brioche reflect autolysis. A full sense of taste with simply enough acidic freshness is layered and complex, while spiced apple flavors are yeasty. A gentle note of toast merges with a trace of margarine and brioche on the waiting completion. As gran reserva Cava goes, this is a victor. Agustí Torelló Mata Gran Reserva Brut Nature is a cava made by Cava Agustí Torelló Mata in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, the cava capital. Agustí Torelló Mata began in the realm of youthful cava and in 1953 they initiated in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia the principal wine examination research facility. In 1959, they established its own winery. This cava is a coupage of Macabeo (38%),Xarel·lo (28%) and Parellada (34%) assortments developed alone vines planted in differing soils. The Macabeo develops on vines situates in Sitges in rock and caliche soils between 0-200 meters above ocean level. Xarel·lo is separated from vineyards near Montserrrat planted at a height of 200-400 meters above ocean level in calcareous-earth soils. At long last, Parellada is developed on vineyards found 400-900 meters above ocean level in Castillo de Mediona, in sandy and slate soils.
