Jericho Canyon Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

A classic Jericho Canyon Cabernet with our trademark dark fruit, black cherry, black current, and espresso flavors. The weather in 2009 also brought hints of mandarin zest and rich toffee to the nose while the palate is reminiscent of a deep velvety German chocolate cake. With perfectly balanced acidity, this is a wine that can age for 10-15-20 years but is plush and approachable for immediate heavenly intoxication. Perfect for sharing if you can.

In August 2006, six years after they submitted their design to the Napa County Planning Department, they finally completed their boutique Napa Valley winery. A simple, yet beautiful, state of the art redwood structure houses stainless steel tanks, a destemmer, a press, and all sorts of other ridiculously expensive equipment. Their winery leads to a 6,000 square foot cave which was drilled into the hillside under vineyard Block 3. The caves provide a cool, energy efficient, humid space for barrel ageing our wines. Their Napa Valley winery and caves have become the perfect home for our grapes, the wine, and all of them there at Jericho Canyon Vineyard.
