A soft and smooth wine that shows bright fruit and plenty of structure. It was produced from a combination of three unique vineyards in the Kfar Tavor region.
Their French trained winemaker, Philippe Lichtenstein, immigrated to Israel with one dream: to bring the aroma and sensory from the vineyards of Provence to the hills of Jerusalem. This Shiraz was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
