The 2013 Sigrid Chardonnay is white gold in color with the slightest green tint denoting youthfulness and protection. The aromas of banana candies, pear, green melon, hazelnut, ginger custurd, wet stones and lemongrass leap from the glass in a swirl of fantastic complexity. In the mouth this wine is a departure from its rich aromatic profile as it is a prime example of lush austerity.
