50% Marsanne, 25% Clairette, 25% Ugni blanc. Light yellow color, bright and clear with light green highlights. Delicate nose with notes of Provencal herbs, anise, white peach, and white acacia. On the palate, there is fleshiness and a fresh, peach-like acidity. The aftertaste is elegant, dry, and honeyed with notes of apricot and peach. Superb with seafood (notably bouillabaisse), spicy foods, goat cheese, or as an aperitif.
